1. Who processes the data
The owner of innanechai.com and the controller of personal data is Inna Yuriivna Nechai, registered as a private entrepreneur (FOP) in Ukraine, registration number 3177615346, address: Odesa, vul. Generala Bocharova. Questions about data processing: hello@innanechai.com.
2. What data is collected

Card data is not collected. Payment takes place on the payment provider's side; the site only receives information about whether the payment succeeded.
We do not knowingly collect data from minors. The site is not intended for people under 18.
3. On what legal basis
- Performance of the contract — name, email, order data. Without them the paid material cannot be delivered, access cannot be granted and a service cannot be provided.
- Legal requirements — keeping records of transactions for the periods required by law.
- Legitimate interest — technical logs for the security of the site and anonymised visit statistics: they use no cookies, build no profile of you and do not link your visits together.
- Consent — mailing lists and advertising pixels, if they are ever connected. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Who the data is shared with
Data is shared only with those without whom a purchase is technically impossible:

We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising purposes. Disclosure is possible only on a justified request from authorised bodies.
Advertising pixels and systems that track you across sites are not connected on this site. If any are added, this section will be updated and collection will begin only after your consent.
5. How long data is kept
- Order data — for the period required by law for transaction records, then deleted or anonymised.
- Download links — valid for a limited time, after which they stop working.
- Technical logs — up to a few months, then overwritten.
- Correspondence about enquiries — as long as it is needed to resolve the matter.
6. Your rights
At any time you may:
- find out what data of yours we hold and receive a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate data — for example, a mistake in an email address;
- request deletion of data if it is no longer needed to perform the contract and the law does not require us to keep it;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

7. Cookies and visit statistics
The public part of the site works without advertising or analytics cookies. Technical cookies are used only in the closed administration area and are never set for an ordinary visitor.
Visit statistics are collected in two ways, and neither of them uses cookies.
On the server side. When a page is opened, the fact of the visit, the referring source and the device type are recorded. No profile is built about you and visits on different days are not linked.
Ahrefs Web Analytics. The pages run a counter from Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). It reports which page was opened, where you came from and what device and browser you use; in doing so the service learns your IP address. The counter sets no cookies, reads none and does not track you on other sites. It exists so we can understand which materials people find interesting — that is our legitimate interest. You can block it with any extension that blocks third-party requests: it affects neither the site nor your purchase.
When a page loads, your browser requests fonts from Google's servers, and Google receives your IP address. You can disable this with a third-party request blocker; it does not affect how the site works, only how the fonts look.
8. How the data is protected
- the site runs over HTTPS;
- material files are stored outside the public folder and are served only through a personal link with a limited lifetime and download count;
- payment notifications from the bank are verified with a cryptographic signature — a payment confirmation cannot be forged;
- access to the administration panel is password-protected.
Absolute security does not exist on the internet, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The current revision is always available at this address, and its date is shown at the top of the page.
